  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Recalc Preferences

Use this dialog box to select the options for doing recalculations.

Field Description
Allow Recalc on classes not editable in the time-phase grid Select this option to recalculate read-only cost classes.

Cobra uses the value of this option if you run the Recalc API process and do not include the AllowReadOnlyClasses setting in the API script.

Cobra displays an error if the Secure checkbox for this option is selected and the value of this setting does not match the value of the AllowReadOnlyClasses setting in the API script.

Use a rate of 1 instead of 0 when a rate is not found Select this option if you do not want the value in the time-phased database to be replaced with zero when the rate is missing. This is useful when the value in the database is more accurate than zero.

Cobra uses the value of this option if you run the Recalc API process and do not include the ReplaceResults setting in the API script.

Cobra displays an error if the Secure checkbox for this option is selected and the value of this setting does not match the value of the ReplaceResults setting in the API script.

Allow recalculation of completed Control Accounts and Work Packages Select this option to run the Recalc process against control accounts and work packages that have a status of Completed.

Cobra uses the value of this option if you run the Recalc API process and do not include the AllowComplete setting in the API script.

Cobra displays an error if the Secure checkbox for this option is selected and the value of this setting does not match the value of the AllowComplete setting in the API script.
